Overview
In this four hour workshop, students will handbuild terracotta clay jack-o-lanterns and ghosts to be used as a decoration, or to hold a tea-light. There is the option to glaze your piece during the class, or to leave it with the natural terracotta color.
Come in your coziest fall sweater and enjoy hot apple cider, tea, and baked fall goods while creating in the crisp early fall air!
What You’ll Work On
Participants learn a variety of hand building techniques to apply to several projects
– clay construction
– slab rolling and pinch techniques
– traditional tool use
Who It’s For
All levels. No prior experience required.
